I forgot to use my coupon code. Can you adjust my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust an order once it has been completed.  All coupon codes must be entered prior to completing the payment process. We offer coupons codes as a thank you for shopping with us, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

What happened to the items in my cart?

Putting items in your cart does not guarantee that they are yours!  The only way to guarantee an item is yours is to complete the payment process.  If an item disappears from your cart, chances are someone else added the same item to their cart but completed payment first.

Can I pick up my order at your Sidney, Iowa location?"

You sure can!!!!!  We would love to see you in person.  Give a call before coming by so that we are here, occasionally we make deliveries and close the shop during that time.

Do you ship international?

At this time we are only able to ship to addresses within the United 
States.

Will my items be shipped together?

Accepted Answer

Items are shipped in the manner they are ordered.  If you purchase multiple items in one transaction, they will be shipped together (barring they all fit in one box).  However, if you purchase multiple items in separate transactions, those items will be shipped separately.

When will I receive my order?

We try our very best to have all orders packed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  We ship from Sidney, Iowa primarily using USPS. You will receive tracking information via email when your order has shipped.  If you have not received a tracking number two weeks after placing an order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Do you accept returns?

All sales through theiowafarmersdaughters.com are final.  Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  However, if your order arrives damaged, please let us know ASAP, so we can make it right!!!!  Visit our “Return Policy” page for instructions on how to make a claim
